1:ORDERS

All of our items are bespoke and as such require a reasonable amount of time to be created.

During peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Valentines etc) we will try and give a time scale estimation on items make time and shipping time, although we will always try and get a item out to you as quickly as possible, please remember that quality items take time to make, pack and send.

 

2:SHIPPING

Shipping is currently only available through the UK.  Shipping prices represent packaging of the item and the cost of postage/courier. If you have any queries regarding shipping your item, sending multiple orders or you would like to collect in or around Brighton, Sussex. Please email kelly@boomsocial.co.uk.

3:BESPOKE ITEMS

When creating bespoke items I will only copy the information you have sent to me, if there are any errors in spellings these will be your responsibilty.

I am happy to use custom designs but please ensure that you own the copyright before sending any image/design through. I will not replicate anyone elses work without permission nor will I copy other art work/designs.

I DO NOT offer refunds / returns on ANY personalised items.

4:RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if there is a genuine fault with the item/ product or if an incorrect (to what was ordered) item has been sent in error. If you have bought an item and you are unhappy with it or have any queries please email kelly@boomsocial.co.uk
